One of THE WORST trailer parks in midland. Not accommodating to anyone especially those under 60. Everyone is so rude and disrespectful not just the other folks that live here, but the staff. I haven't had any good experience since I moved in almost 2 years ago. Constantly watching and invading your privacy so they can leave a note on your door the minute you turn around. I think NOT !! – Management here is unbelievably bad, Ellen is some kind of psycho, she has tried to retire twice, but has fired the people she hired. She is that incompetent. The layout of the park is also very very poor, the old part was designed in the fifties, and is a throwback to prewar trailer park design. The new part of the park, well its new, full of noisy , nosy kids. There are tons of people on ssi here, and they act like it too. victoria woods isnt any better (same owners)...the landlords there harrass people daily. They talk about other tenants buisness to other tenants. Did i mention the husband is in the military and walks up and down the one street we have in his fatigues? YEAH THAT BAD.....he LITERALLY chases people down and stares at them all the way to there home. At times he actually chases vehicles down the street. Ive seen him approach people at night without warning all of a sudden he is standing right behind you. I feel threatened at all... read more

Worst Place to Live – We have lived here for just over a year and I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. We can't wait to move. Since we've moved in, we've gotten harassed about the addition on the back of the house, and that it needs to be stained, the addition was there before we moved in, it should have been done by the previous owners and we didn't build it on there. The porch has to be stained, the house has to power washed. You have to have everything approved by the park, which stain color you're using, your pool... read more

this looks very bad for the park owners... – if i were looking for a mobile home park to move in to, this would be the last place i would ever think of to try! not because there are low income families...that is just stupid to think alll low income families are trouble...but because it sounds to me like this lady that is the manager is nothing but trouble. my goodness i've never seen so many people saying the same thing about one person like this before so i would have to take it on faith they are telling the truth. who need... read more

Generally a good place... – Unlike some of the others that have written reviews here, I think it's a nice place to live. I've lived here for at least 10 years. With any Mobile Home Community you get those that are low income or on assistance, but generally most residents are friendly people. I have never experienced any problems in payment of water bills, or rent, as I ensure that I don't use Cash for payment. It's best to protect yourself no matter where you live by using checks or money orders. Paper Documentation people! ... read more

Watch Out!!!! – The GM here harrasses young people who stay in this park. If she thinks she can control you she will try. If you do stay here or ever get a place here dont pay your water bill in cash, just trust me. Oakside Mobile Home Community is a nice place to live! – I have lived in Oakside park for three years and find it to be a very comfortable living environment. It is not gross or disgusting! The park management doesn't allow for lots to be messy or unappealing to the eye. They are on top of landscaping and are actively involved in encouraging tenants to do the same.
