I absolutely love this place! My little dog has had to me what seemed urgent issues. 1. Bad wound/injury to paw. They xray and treated wound for under 200. 2. Didn’t know about anal gland and my dog got a fissure. It was awful. They debris the wound, gave antibiotics, showed me how to care for it, and they followed up. Under 300. 3. She wouldn’t eat for 3 days. I brought her in examined her found a bone in her gum. Under 150. They gave great care and are reasonably priced is my point.

Extremely money oriented and they try to maximize their profit for sending dog back and forth unnecessarily. I wouldn’t come here even if my dog is dying
STAY AWAY! They took us in for the tick bite our dog had and didn’t give him antibiotics despite we asked… keep asking for more money to run tests … at the end they failed to provide antibiotics that is standard care for tick bite. The poor dog has now infections around his eyes and we hope he does not loose his eyes. Even second time they are hesitant for real care and talk about running tests, as if we are there for research purpose ! I’ve taken my dog and my cat here for emergencies and on both occasions Oaks Vet Urgent Care has been great. The staff is very friendly and they and the doctors are very caring and helpful. The office is very nice and clean. It’s actually even cozy. They play soothing spa music throughout the office and it’s really relaxing in such a high stress situation. They took care of both my dog and my cat and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing I can come to them when my primary care vet is closed. I highly recommend them.
