This place is wonderful. My little morkie became very ill and started seizing one Sunday afternoon. This came out of nowhere. We rushed her to Oaks Veterinary Urgent Care, and they took her in immediately. The veterinarian was so very kind and compassionate. She took time with us, went over our options and answered all of our questions. The entire time she demonstrated patience, caring and empathy . Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to my dog that day. First visit here, unfortunately to put down our dog. Came for the good price, and found a very nice and professional staff. Will come again in the future when I’ll adopt a new dog.
We are so grateful to the team who worked yesterday (6/21) and helped our dog after another dog attacked him. The most traumatizing experience we’ve had but the compassion, care and expert skills from the team helped the situation so much. Thank you!!!
I cannot thank the team at this vet enough for working with HHA (Healthcare for Homeless Animals) to fund my foster cat, Lucy's, medical care and for the compassion they showed her. Lucy was 17 years old and suffering from advanced kidney disease, and the staff (specifically Dr. Darci Jimenez) treated her with so much patience, dignity, thoroughness and love during her final days.
