Lived here for 5 years Pros: Light Rail access Walking distance to things in neighborhood Dog friendly Venn Brewery Luxor package service Cons: Limited Parking (Street and Garage) Too many break ins (Security on premises started March 2022, only at night 9pm to 5am, 7 days/week) but no security during my time here. Not soundproof between apartments....you can hear EVERYTHING! Be aware of the utilities when you sign, one month behind. Security Deposit deduction due the utilities when moving out.
We lived at Oaks Station Place for 1.5 years and had a great experience. Super dog friendly, great staff, and the limited amenities are made up for by the fact that the ones available are kept in good condition and the apartment sizes are bigger. It’s close to parks and trails which are great for owning a dog and maintenance was always quick with completing requests (usually within the same day).
