Nice neighborhood. Typical HOA, we bought a fixer upper and before we moved in they gave a violation, a welcome package would have been nicer! The house looked way better than it did as it was abandoned! Give us time to fix the place up first. I heard they did the same thibng to another new neighbor, just flexing their muscles I guess!
