Nice neighborhood. Typical HOA, we bought a fixer upper and before we moved in they gave a violation, a welcome package would have been nicer! The house looked way better than it did as it was abandoned! Give us time to fix the place up first. I heard they did the same thibng to another new neighbor, just flexing their muscles I guess! I love everything about the Oaks. The homes are beautiful and affordable, the activities are fun and being close to the New Jersey shore and beaches and a few minutes from Atlantuc City is great!
Great place to live! Wonderful people to meet. I've done a lot of Carpet Repairing here. People are really Wonderful here to me.
Very nice neighborhood. The houses are not cookie cutter and all look different. It's quiet but offers a lot of amenities at the clubhouse including a large pool. We also love being surrounded by lakes and rivers and only 20 minutes from the Jersey shore.
We enjoy living here, love the quiet atmosphere and our special neighbors. It is especially nice to be within 30 minutes of our favorite Atlantic beaches.
We just moved here on November 1st and we love it. It's quiet and peaceful. Great neighbors. Now we just need pickleball on one of those tennis courts.
