Tara and her team again are astonishing me with how quick they are to respond to a phone call or an email... Way to go for the new management to start out so positively
Horrible management! They took my roommate and I to court for an eviction, 1 month after our lease was up and we had moved out. They hadn't even looked at the apartment to see if our things were gone- they had to do so while we were AT court. We let them know 3 months in advance we would not be resigning our lease. The property manager is never in the office and rarely answers the phone OR emails. Save yourself the headache and stay away from this place!
EDIT: I renewed my lease as I love my apartment (I've been here a little over a year), but not the building or the management. This apartment is great for someone who is just starting out and is reasonably priced, HOWEVER, do not expect any communication/replies with management of any kind (I have recently met the new property manager who worked with me on an issue and was kind and helpful, for the first time in my year here). Rent is extremely high for old appliances, filthy carpeting, pool that is rarely open, sauna that never works, overpriced underground parking, high turnover of managers, no access to corporate management, broken washing machines, limited parking outside, thin walls (you can hear your neighbor having sex). Keep looking is my advice.
