Considering how cheap the rent was I’ll let some stuff slide. However the consistent issues of water getting shut off or going dirty. No in unit laundry, poor security, and stray animals everywhere is inexcusable. If you have to leave here, stay for one year at max and move out once you got money saved up.
THE STAFF HERE ARE INCREDIBLE!! THEY ALL TRY THEIR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE TO OUR NEEDS ACCORDINGLY. GREAT MOVE IN EXPERIENCE FOR US!!! VERY GRATEFUL FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO LIVE HERE. A HUGE THANKS TO THE OFFICE STAFF!! THANK YOU OAKS OF CHARLESTON!!! SINCERELY, BEVERLY PARKER.
I've lived here basically a year and for the price, it's OK. The shortcomings can be forgiven because of the price and the location. However, I do wish their was in unit laundry and more than one way in and out. I do find it annoying that they perform inspections in the most unprofessional manner. How could you enter someone's private dwelling without taking your shoes off or at the very least putting on booties so you are not tracking whatever you walked through, throughout someone's place?
