New tenant A Great atmosphere, Management really cares about the people and if they're any issues, they're fixed almost immediately.
?? perfect I'm excited to call this place home for the time being. The Trevinos are good down to earth people and take great care of us! Its a safe, Peacefully quite neighborhood with a view of deer out the window in the mornings (a huge pasture behind the complex on 3 sides!!) Our 3 bedroom is tip top shape and a beautiful modern floors and counter tops. The pool is always crisp and sparkling! Everybody is sweet to boot. I love it!!
Great staff The rental manager, and her maintenance crew have always been very kind and efficient. Whether it be a personal situation, or apt situation....The experience has always been a pleasant one. They make sure the grounds stay clean, although at times the tenants needed to be reminded to do the same. The new name and the makeover will give that hidden gem that extra touch. If you are looking for a new place to call home....Don't miss out! Small community....with lots of love....kid and pet friendly. My daughter lived ... read more
