I came here for the first time two weeks ago and had a great pedicure experience. I had an appointment today at 4:30 for a dip manicure and a predicate. My pedicure started at 5:15…I was not out of there until 6:45pm. I asked for matching nails and toes….I have pink toes and dark red nails. The manager did nothing to make it right. No apology….
I’ve tried many salons, but this one stands out. They’re incredibly talented and treat you like family. My nails were done perfectly. I’m so glad I found this place.
NEVER coming back here, came here for the first time and it will be my last. I wanted to get my gel polish on my toes changed instead of a full pedicure to save both time and money and was told it was only $15 less than the $50 full pedicure but decided to do it since I was already here. THEN the nail tech asked if I would like the nails cut and I said yes please - two of the other nail techs ran over and yelled across the salon that it will cost $5 more just for the nails to be cut which seemed absolutely ridiculous because... read more
This place knows how to treat their clients. The technicians are skilled and listen to what you want. I love how meticulous they are with shaping and polish. Beautiful results every time!
