Service and location were 5 stars, but the room setup was frustrating. While the room felt brand new, it wasn't fully equipped, specifically the curtains, which let in far too much light and made it very uncomfortable to sleep.
J'ai passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel apartment. C'était Sympa. Vous avez tout à votre disposition Cuisine avec four,micro ondes,grand réfrigérateur,les utensils,télévision,bon internet,machine à laver,sèche linge et un bon grand lit. Ce n'est pas loin de la gare de train de Flinders. Aussi rapport qualité prix c'est super. Je recommande.
Be warned for anyone booking through Qantas Hotels (and probably other similar sites) - although it’s not stated anywhere, the price you’re quoted does not include any housekeeping services for your stay. Pretty disappointing when you’re booking a “serviced apartment” for seven nights. Apart from that, the location is good and the room was relatively comfortable.
Good service and huge food availability via phone order, didn’t get anything in Aura on flinders. Smaller rooms but good enough for families. No pick and drop off area availability in front of the building is definitely a missing point.
From the moment we arrived, this stay was a disappointment. The Booking.com listing advertises that parking is available, but what it doesn’t tell you is that parking costs $50 per day and needs to be booked in advance. When we arrived, we were told there were no spaces available, leaving us with no choice but to park in a public car park away from the hotel.
