Disappointing. 1. Their prices on the booking website were predatory. In 2 hours prices jumped from 200 per night to 400 per night...waited a few hours and prices fell back to normal...hence theres clearly a flawed algorithm that intentionally jacks up prices if it (erroneously) thinks you are interested. Don't trust this 2. They are clearly not a 4 or 5 star establishment. Nice staff, alright location, aircon broke on first night so i got moved to a different room. On the second night the aircon in the new room also died (i was offered another move, very nice staff). It sounds like this is happening relatively frequently in the hotel. Be aware when booking

墨尔本city南岸的一家酒店，房型主要是公寓式房型，房间设施整体偏老旧，但维护的还不错，位置和性价比更是非常的无敌。 出门马路对面就有一家7-11便利店，距离woolworths或者coles这类的大型超市还是有点距离，最近的直线距离差不多是500米。 距离city的主要的一些景点，都非常近，基本上都是步行可达，在这里特别适合citywalk。
