Our family has been customers of Oaks Jewelers for over 20 years and we really value both the quality of their merchandise and their customer service. We've made many purchases over the years of necklaces and earrings, had watches fixed, rings sized, family heirloom jewelry repaired and custom horse hair braided bracelets from our horse Windsor who died in January. A 5+ star rating from us.
The staff is lovely, helpful and refreshingly knowledgeable about repairs. They just know how to treat jewelry and watches. They restore an heirloom with skill and real care. I think this store is a jewel among jewelry stores.
Great store, lovely people, really great service, great selection. Real plus for upper Solano.
