The therapist I went to, Allison Cochran, had just the professional and soft skills I needed. She helped me to work on healing from old traumas and current circumstances that were affecting my mental health in ways that were empathetic but also assertive. Those sessions provided me with the support and evidence based solutions I needed in an empowering way and I’m so glad I went.
I can’t say enough great things. I needed a safe place to share my feelings about different life events and how to deal with them. I found the perfect person who makes me feel safe and heard while I share my struggles. I constantly share my experience with friends and encourage them to reach out for any assistance they may need.
Allyson has been so helpful and kind! She has worked through so many issues with me and I’ve grown so much since beginning with her. She has provided so many resources for me to pass on to my friends when she isn’t able to help them herself. My brother recently started sessions with Judah and he seems to be making great progress. I recommend Oaks Family Counseling to all my friends and family whenever I can! They are so flexible in their schedule and platforms so that you can have in person sessions or remote.
