Frighteningly unhealthy. The leasing agent misrepresented the apartment I rented to an extraordinary degree as I walked into black mold, flees, a horrid odor and a disgusting level of filth. With no sleep I scrambled to find another location as was reporting to a new job in days and departed within 2 days incurring over a $1000 in additional costs and extraordinary levels of stress.
