Honestly the customer service is terrible, Sharon is very rude and act like she doesn’t want to work there, I was trying to go thru the move in process and could barley get in touch with anybody when I need help, this is not the start that was was looking for in finding a new home very unprofessional SHARON
This is the first time I can say that I don’t have any issues with the apartment complex, it’s peaceful, they keep everything clean, they’re on top of fixing things when you call and most of all they’re really helpful in the office even if you need help with your own stuff, always helpful and patient, I love living here.
Upon moving in, I immediately noticed small roaches emerging from cracks and crevices throughout the unit. Additionally, the apartment I was given did not align with the one that was originally shown to me prior to signing. As this was my first apartment, the experience was extremely disappointing, and I was forced to move out shortly after moving in. Overall, the situation felt misleading, and I would strongly recommend exploring other housing options before committing here. save yo money twin
