During a recent rain storm water started to come through my front window so I called the front office and was asked to put towels down until the maintenance could come the next day since they were all gone for the day. I requested someone come out before they closed that day and they did and again was told there was basically nothing they could do until the rain stopped. It was pleasant living here during the first couple of months of moving in but now it's a living hell. There's loud talking and cars blasting music during the day and all throughout the night. Parents allow their children to run up and down the parking lot and stairs making loud noises and using vulgar language, kids running in and out of the onsite laundry room, throwing footballs around residents' cars, and sitting and dancing on the main electrical transformer that supplies power to the complex which is very dangerous. RecommendedI love this community because it feels like home. With great hesitation my son and I moved from our 3 bedroom house 2 years ago but adjusted quickly and easily. We love our home. Rates are reasonable, maintenance requests are thoroughly completed in a timely manner and the grounds are always kept looking nice and clean. They tow your car if you have any dent on it!!! I had a small dent on my rear door and they towed it. Had to pay $293.30 to get it back. This place sucks! They charge you every month for pest control but they wont come out til you call for them. They keep the apartment landscape manicured but the surrounding area has a lot of homeless people. Just some advice, DO NOT RENT HERE. They don't live up to anything they say or promise. My car has the smallest dent in it and I was told it would be towed if it wasn't moved off the property 'because it makes our property look bad' MY ASS! My car is a 2010 Ford Focus that has one small dent in it (fist sized), on the other hand your garbage cans are over piled with trash that is all over the street, and you think my car is what is stopping people from renting here! The time I lived here in 2014, I really liked the management, never had an issue. When I called to gets things fixed the most it took them to come was maybe the end of the day. No robberies, no theft, no bad issues. The only bad things is the raccoons at night, but that's a natural things. Other than that I liked living here. I never had insect or roaches, I guess it just depends on neighbors and how clean a person is. But I would go back.
The apartment used to be ok in 2013 but now they're going downhill in all aspects. Nothing works in my apartment even after they've come to "fix them."
