Get it together! Worst rental experience in my life!
Lincoln Property Group took over the Gables at Rocok Springs, in the Morningside neighborhood in Atlanta, GA. They have allowed trash to pile up in our parking deck over the past 2 weeks and this is disgusting. We pay a very high rent to live in this neighborhood and basically this makes us feel like we live in a slum. Disgusted.
I live at the Kenzie Apartments in AL. My heating unit has had issues for the past month. Now I have been without any heat for the past week and it seems to be the coldest week of the past two months since I've just moved in. No follow up or feedback has been made to my request and I even had to submit it a second time. Seems they care little if I freeze to death in here. Many ways get a property manager that's not prejudiced get some security guards at night and get rid of the young people living here it's very noisy and kids running up and down the hallway it's not safe living here the property manager takes people to court and have them evicted without notifying the housing authority the apartments needs alot of work done on the inside of them

The property managers are lazy. The staff never knows whats going on. Maintenance and make ready half do things and the people in the office try to lie and smooth things over. The treatment that the residents of The Village in Dallas receive does not compare to the treatment we receive in our apartments. There is dog poop all over the apartment, screaming children running amuck and a pond that does not work and stinks and is a breeding ground for mosquitos. Wow!guess I shouldnt be surprised by all the negative reviews. They offer 24 hr ammenities and have locked us down in Fl STILL! Everything is opened up & they STILL don't allow us to use the business center AT ALL. the pool, grills and gym are only open limited hours & nothing on Sunday! We are in FLORIDA!People WORK! They want to sit by the pool, grill, and workout after work. Makes no sense. Everything is OPEN IN FLORIDA and has been. Even our pkg delivery is a "cross your fingers" you get it.
