My family has been waiting for a refund from them for months. It’s bad enough that our father passed before entering the facility. Refund of $3,500.00 always “in the mail”. Disgusting job Cedarcrest, shameful. -Stephanie Southerton Donohue
RecommendedA warm and friendly staff greet you when you walk in and there is always activities going on with lots of participation for the residents. Great location and the facility has the feel of a northwest lodge. Wonderful!
My mom lived at the Overlook for a year and a half. The staff is amazing. Gina and Eric are doing an amazing job. I had to go by this week which was bittersweet for me but it was great to see all the wonderful staff. The current staff has worked very hard and received a 100 in their state inspection. Way to go Gina, Eric and all the staff!! Well done!!
This place is amazing if you are looking for a place to call home for your parent or loved one. If you go check it out asked for Gina, she was so good with my mom. And the whole staff treated us like family.
An experience the family never thought existed in Senior care. Thank you for all you do. This IS the right place for our Senior loved ones!
