Oaks I remember going up in this hood. Times we're hard. There was always a fight. Crime and bugs call this place a home. Parents do not bring you kids to this place they may never come back.
Problems with bugs and crime This place had a really bad insect infestation. You could move your couch away from the wall and see bugs run. It seemed there was always some crime taking place out here, or criminals who lived here after they got out of jail. The management changes at least every other year or so, probably because nobody wants to deal with the place. If you need a place in a pinch, it'd be ok. Just make sure you bring lots of bug spray along. I'd recomend putting 911 on your speed dial too.
