Bad Oaks Atascadero This is as close to living in a concentration camp as it comes. Does anyone have the phone number to the actual company that owns this place? its in Santa Barbara is all I know. Any help would be so appreciated, thanks!
Stop with the bashing I lived in my apartment there for two years. If there ever was a problem it was fixed that day or I was given a reason why it couldn't be fixed immeadiatly and when I would be fixed by. I had a neighbor who was extreamly noisy, when I finally complained she was talked to within the hour, and boy could I hear her getting mad. I had a lovely view of a field that deer came through every evening. Our apartment manager was nice and she would ask how we're doing, the mainenence guy with the beard was equally ... read more

the worst management in the world they were slow with repairs, they were quick to evict people on section 8, the pool is closed for no reason, children are not allowed to play in the designated play area, and they tried to keep my deposit unlawfully, therefore losing their right to deduct anything. if you decide to move in..know your landlord-tenant laws or you will become prey.

Now no Pool or spa? The manager has said that the spa will never open as long as there are children here because they 'misbehave'. Now they are saying that the pool might not ever open again as long as children live here.
