Worst complex I’ve EVER lived in.
Stayed here three years because I couldn’t afford anywhere else.
Lived in one unit that was full of fleas and we
Never had a single pet.
So many roaches and rats from the first day we moved in. Pest control would come out, but it didn’t help much because there was soooo many bugs. We had constant problems getting a leak fixed in the AC from the second bathroom. All they ever did was empty the drip pan and the leak would start back up in a few days. This caused the ceiling to start to rot. Our neighbors constantly smoked weed and always had our apartment smelling like it! After fighting with them for our entire stay we were offered to move units. (Since they wouldn’t let us break our lease) but there was going to be an increase in rent because this apartment was “completely remodeled” .... we took this chance and were willing to pay more if we were going to get a better place to live.
When we moved into our new unit it was evident that it was NOT newly remodeled. So many poorly patched up walls and everything is just covered in layers of paint. We had new appliances, but that was about it.... Every time it rained we had a room that flooded as well as the other room had rain seeping in the window seal. Our ceiling fans were so loud & from the first day we had a terrible roach problem. AGAIN.
Our closet was missing a door and one was broken.
It took them MONTHS to fix both the windows and the flooding in the other bed room.
And our ceiling fans as well. We were always told things were “fixed”. This was a constant issue.
Later towards the end of our lease the master bath had a leak from the exhaust fan. Dirty brown water was coming out. I reported this for weeks and no one could seem to fix it.
It got to the point that it caused the bathroom ceiling to fill with water in BOTH bathrooms because it was somehow tied into the AC.
Finally one night after it had been “fixed” the leak spread to the other bathroom and our entire apartment flooded. This is when mold started to appear and they had to make holes in our ceiling to fix the issue.
We slowly started to move our things out into a new townhome without telling them. WE DID NOT BREAK OUR LEASE, we paid double rent. We left about two a month before our lease was up.
We went back to finish cleaning our apartment little by little and it was evident that hadn’t been there. A month later and the holes are still there as well as the AC was no longer working.
The mold was a lot worse and the apartment smelled terrible. During my stay, my friend lived across from me and one month into her stay her entire ceiling fell through because of a leak that they had been reporting as well. They immediately broke their lease & the complex only gave them two days to find somewhere new to live. They then tried to fine them for the damage that had been done. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX TO ANYONE. It needs to be condemned
