I have been here for Three yeears now, love it here!
Oakridge is a decent place to live for a college student, relatively lower rates as well as a private room and separate bathrooms. Provides a close place to campus, with free parking, and bus stop right out front. Insides are old and in need of some renovation. If you're looking for a nice place to live, but nothing luxurious, this is your place to live.
Oakridge is a great place to live to meet lots of new people!
A couple things to be aware of if you are considering moving into these apartments: 1. The fee to transfer your contract is $150. From what I can tell this is about three times the going rate at other complexes. As a young person in an entry level job or as a student working part time that is a massive expense. 2. I am being asked to make the apartment significantly cleaner than it was when I moved in. Very disappointed with our experience at Oakridge. The student placement with respect to personal interests was beyond poor. After many frustrating phone calls, they were unwilling to fix issues.
