If you live in Oakridge they will dig up green belts & not let you know until 730am rolls around and the ground is literally vibrating. Also toxic gases coming from those work trucks make it impossible to go outside or even have a window open. Migraines throughout the park, my neighbors have them. Coincidence? They also were not informed. Also if you call management to get any word on why you weren’t notified of this, they will be quick to say the manager will call you back....CLICK! still waiting for my call.
My husband and I went to get information about financing or how to obtain a house . But the man who was there giving the information , was so rude and didn't give us much information , plus even without running my credit report , he says he want it a 94,000 down payment .. ridiculous ... I love the place but , I think he didnt deserve to work there , bad customer service ..
