very noisy, can hear everything your neighbors say and do. Buildings look nice, but that's it. management cannot or will not enforce no smoking rules. on move out you will be billed 300-500 no matter how clean you leave it. That's just how they do business. many have similar complaints
Love it here. Everyone is fantastic. Close walking distance to everything. I feel safe here. Love all the management and maintenance and landscaping crew. Has everything I need to live out my years here. Have met many wonderful friends here. �
Good place to live. Well maintained and convenient location.
