I was looking fro my new home, and even though I did not qualify for this community, the staff was very helpful with referring me to others communities that could. I really liked the lay out of their apartment homes, very spacious.
I like Oakridge and have recommended it to several friends it's a nice complex and have never had any issues.
Just toured this community and I have to say I fell in love. I just applied and hope to hear back fairly soon. The management team at the office is so friendly and they lay it all out for you to basically tell you whether or not you'll be approved so just in case you wont have to spend the app and holding fee. I hope to be moving into one of their lovely 2 bedroom apartment homes. And can I just say their walk in closet is HUGE! I am in love already!! Can't wait to swim in their heated pool too!! Gym, Tan,, Laundry?? What more does a guido need!!! Hahaha, I moved from New Jersey and came to Washington due to military. I am true guido that needs gym tan and laundry. Although there is no tanning bed, there is a sweet pool! Heated too:) On site gym, and Sauna. Although there is no washer and dryer inside my apartment I have one walking distance( not even 5 secs) away from my new home. I just want to say I have been here for over a year and have never had any issues. The apartments are well maintained and the price is decent the staff is friendly always willing to help the girls seem to enjoy there job, I guess some people just have to be negative, I enjoy living here. And would recommend this place to my friends.
My husband and I just transferred from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom, after have two handsome baby boys ((((: Oakridge is a great place to live, and we didn't want to move out from here for several reasons. You will rarely ever need the maintenance to come and fix something, but when you do need him to come..he has golden hands and can fix anything!!! && that's something that we have loved from the start. I toured a 1 bedroom and fell in love with the walk in closet. I ended up renting here's! Don't see what all the negativity is about. I brought these previous reviews up to management and they're actually pressure washing right now, in advance gave us residents 24/48 hour notices. I just got a $100,back just for renting here! All the neighbors are friendly and introduced themselves and their fur Babies! So far this place is so homey!
We have been living here for about 2 years now and are very pleased never had any issues. I must say that we feel safe and comfortable.
Living at Oakridge as my first apartment has been a great transition. Just starting out, the prices for a 1 bedroom are amazing. The apartments are a lot bigger then any I have seen in the same area. I have been here a year now and I feel comfortable and safe. The community is very family friendly. It has a play area for the kids and a pool.. Which with this summer has been a god send.
