Apartment complex turned into a joke, some new management company moved in and changed everything. Office staff leave when they want to, posted hours don’t mean a thing. They don’t deliver your 60 day notices or email. You take time off from work after falling to confirm a time to sign it and guess what, not their. Try to call, ha! You’re call cannot be completed as dialed. Water gets shut off randomly. Management has very screwed up attitudes.... oh and they’re raising the rates!
just dont. save your money and time and go somewhere else the office staff is horrible. the bug problem is horrible. not to mention you pay for pest control and yet they dont come out when you request. the apartment has been an issue since I moved in, In November. the roach problem has always been a problem. I should of went with my gut and not moved in. not to mention they steal people's tires at least once a week.
ZERO stars! I am in the beginning of my second lease with the complex and I have been without hot water for 7 days! I have put in almost 10 request for it to be fixed and all I’ve been told is maintenance will be there as soon as they can. The office staff is ridiculously incompetent and doesn’t even know when we signed the lease. the maintenance crew is understaffed, overworked and never available when I have a maintenance emergency. ***REALTORS BEWARE*** They will not pay your locating fee! We have been going back and forth since February 28th trying to get paid. They have requested numerous documents and asked my clients to come in the office twice and send an email to verify that I was indeed her realtor. We did everything as requested and now they are ignoring our phone calls and emails! DO NOT SEND YOUR CLIENTS HERE, THEY DO NOT VALUE REALTORS!
RecommendedNice layout with a good price. Maintenance is friendly and timely. The only problem I have is that this place has bugs... Summer means mosquitoes and gnats that drive me nuts.

It has been great living here! I’ve had no problems here things have always been fixed in a timely manner, The rent is very reasonable and the office staff is very friendly. This is definitely a place I would recommend to family and friends!
I've been a resident at Oak Ridge for several months now. The staff is very nice and has attended to all my requests. The property is nicely maintained. My apartment is very nice. I rent a one bedroom and love how the bathroom is situated just outside the bedroom so that company does not need to walk through my bedroom in order to get into the bathroom.
