This is a horrible apartment complex. The pest control man gently knocks and walks right in to your apartment without your consent because he has a key. They charge for every small thing. And there is always something you didn’t know that is an additional charge. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. They’re too close together and there is no privacy..
Excellent. I stayed in these apartments in 2007-2008 and they were great!!! Affordable, luxurious, quiet, gated, and you can't have any pets. These are single apartments meaning that you don't see any kids living at these apartments. All you see is mature grown people. I highly recommend these apartments for people and students whose looking for a nice, affordable, and luxurious place to stay. There were hardly any maintenance issues when I stayed.
