My dad had been living here for many, many years and was very happy with his place. It wasn’t until he started signs of dementia that things went downhill. Balanced Homecare was their “contracted”* nursing service at that time and the care became so bad, we had to move him to another place. When I’d go visit him he was so disheveled looking, not shaven, neglecting care. When I mentioned this to the Administrator , all she said was yes I’ve noticed that too.
