What professional place of business ghosts people?! This one. Kelli turned out to be a friendly fraud. My aunt was never evaluated in person, but I found out today through a 3rd party referral that she’s not a good fit because of a corporate policy….which I assume is discriminatory. My aunt has developmental delays. Kelli could have shared this policy directly but instead she’s been dodging calls / texts since March. I just placed a loved one at the Plymouth Inn. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care. Everyone there makes you feel like family! The activities are engaging, the food is delicious, and the care is outstanding. Best decision!
