DO NOT RENT HERE! Worst mistake ever! Filthy inside and out, deceptive pricing, mandatory fees for unreliable services, hardware store glass windows (dangerous) with big gaps (big energy bills). This is not a "luxury" community. AVOID!
DO NOT MOVE HERE! It is basically a filthy slum with deceptive pricing options. There is an UNADDRESSED RODENT INFESTATION that has been going on since at least April, 2023. Longer - this kind of mouse population does not just suddenly appear. The health department investigated, but Oakmont Flats has done nothing. Parking lot is full of holes, people do not pick up after their pets, litter is left out.
