I used to live at Oakmont apartments and while the apartment and amenities are fine, the office personnel are not. Michelle has a bad attitude with sugar sprinkled on top. My packages were mistakenly delivered to my old apartment and not only would she not check for them or ask the new residents, but when I did the work of finding out they WERE delivered there, and taken to the office, she would not release them to me and spoke to me very disrespectfully. 0 stars for customer service.
I am very picky and I was blown away by how nice these apartments are. The complex is beautiful. The manager Nicole was so sweet and helpful too.
I have lived at Oakmont since 2017, love the quiet and peaceful atmosphere here. It feels like home to me. Wonderful maintenance team and a fabulous Property manager!
I just moved into these apartments 2 weeks ago and Nicole was an amazing help. She made the process very smooth and was so patient and flexible with us! I love that the apartments are located in the quiet part of town but still close to stores. Once we were all moved in there was a couple things that needed attention from maintenance but they were taken care of the very next day!
