Greg is the best at Oakley Bellevue he is so helpful and kind he always helps with our craziness going on with our glasses. I am so excited for our son to get his new glasses shortly thank you Greg and new guy sorry forgot your name
Greg has hands down this the best Oakley store in the state of Washington. I love my sunglasses! He has been extremely helpful getting them fixed as well very informative about each pair of glasses. Thanks 🙏
Worked with Brandon and another associate and manager whose names I did not get, they were all EXTREMELY helpful and friendly in helping me resolve my issue with my sunglasses. The customer service I received isn’t very common anymore and it was such a delightful surprise to work with such empathetic individuals! Thank you Brandon and the other staff for being yourselves!
Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Proud owner of a pair of sutros and flight deck goggles. When I had an issue with the goggles after a ski run, the manager gladly helped me resolve the issue when I brought it in! Will be back for any future optical needs.
