Put our dog lucky down a few days ago...they were very thoughtful and helpful through the whole process..glad they served us and thanks for the condolence card that they sent us a few days later
Worst place in cincinnati! Do not go here! I repeat DONT DO IT! They have the worst customer service on the planet!
I would not recommend going here. The people are very rude and apparently this is an ongoing problem that people have with this place. Fix your attitude if you want more customers!
Do not GO HERE!!! The owner is very rude. He seems to get pleasure from messing with people. He was very disrespectful to me and my family and I will never return to this establishment. Go anywhere else
Will not be returning. Overall horrible experience. Owner is qwacked out of his mind. They killed my dog, and had no answers for me. Place should be shut down for horrible work ethics and hiring people with no experience. DO NOT TRUST THESE SCUMBAGS
