I love this office for the veterinary care but also the whole staff. They are always friendly, thorough, and patient. And that is the trifecta as far as I'm concerned. Plus, when I got my schedule confused and showed up 3 hours late for my appointment, they said no problem and got me in 10 minutes.
Our very old dog has liver failure and Dr. Kincannon was very sympathetic while also being no-nonsense about things. They didnt try to squeeze us for a lot of $ and its very easy to get an appointment. The receptionists and techs were all knowledgeable and helpful too.
Ive taken my pets here for years and have never had a problem. They all have lived long amd healthy lives.

Love love LOVE this place. And my last vet back home is tough to compare to. Exceptional care. Vets give you cost conscious options. They don't over-treat with labs, X-rays, etc unless absolutely necessary. We've been here twice due to kinda/sorta-urgent situations (possible cancer lump benign, kennel cough) and got in same day, no problem. Vets and Staff are knowledgeable and caring. Clinic is clean. My dog, May, doesn't like visiting so much, but they care for her very well �� Thank you!!
First off I must say to stay away on April 20th. You apparently arnt allowed to park in their lot and get food at local restaurants. I tried to park there on April 20th and then go on vacation and when I got back my car was towed. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT!!!! Now onto the review that matters.
