My appointment had to be rescheduled because the provider had a conflict. However, last week I got a call that he had arranged for another dentist to come in and see patients. The staff offered me an appointment on my day off at a convenient time. I appreciate how proactive the entire staff was.
I couldn’t be more pleased ... the dentist DR.MASTERS and the dental assistant was the best !!! Made sure I was pain free the whole time really took time with me
Staff and doc were very pleasant and professional. Loved it when I walked in and they had the TV on my favorite show "HGTV House Hunters" so I immediately felt at home! ☺ Office is nicely decorated and very clean which is nice. Exam room was nice also. Was impressed with the amount of xrays that were taken during my first visit. I like the fact that I am with a doc who truly is concerned about my oral health and dental needs. Always happy with the care that I receive
As always, the office is friendly, courteous, eager to help and be sure you are comfortable. They explain everything they are doing and make sure you are comfortable. If not, they will fix things so you are. The trips I have made to this dentist has been a great spot to nap. The chair is so comfortable, the room nice and cozy and I just drift off. I'll standing facility and people
I was able to get in due to a dental issue same day, everyone from the front desk personnel Ashley to the tech and provider were amazing. The office is very welcoming and clean and the entire team seems to work well together and are customer service driven atop of the great dental care.
I was very pleased with the staff at Oakleaf Family Denistry.
Always amazing customer service, I get greeted and helped right away, I never wait, services are always informative. Great Experience!
