The doctor was very nice, but his staff, specifically the man checking people in and helping with contacts orders was very unhelpful. like, im having to ask very basic questions like, what's the cost, and how long will it take, because he won't voluntarily provide any sort of information. Also, the phone number is for the glasses purchasing section of the office, and they too are not very helpful. I chose this office because it took my insurance and was close to me. Dr Haislip was amazing and kind but his staff was rude and impatient to me and no one else. I had arrived early and was told to sit and wait and when I was spoken to it was condescending and rude. I’m not sure I want to return next year for next exam. Which is sad the doctor was great but his staff was horrible and need a lesson in good communication and customer service

Not sure if they people they pick are just stupid or what. I went to get a routine eye check to order some contact. They blocked my cell phone number and when i call on my work phone the man i talk to doesn’t listen. Changes his answers. They “AC” has been out for 2 weeks but says their last patient is at 4:30, but the dr isn’t even in the office at 3:30. Make it make sense!! I can’t even order contacts through them because they can’t even do business correctly. DO NOT come here
Horrible establishment. I went for my routine eye exam and contact lens fitting in 2022 and 2023. In 2022 I went because of the close proximity to my apartment. The doctor was kind but the office is in a closet that is extremely messy. The front lady at the time gave me an extremely hard time about paying for my lens fitting through my insurance but it was eventually resolved.
