The office was immaculate. The staff was very warm and friendly. I was greeted immediately with a smile and by name. Dr. Moores is one of the best. I had several teeth extracted with one being a broken wisdom tooth. He removed them the traditional way, without sedation. Just Novocain! There was no pain after the procedure nor during the procedure. Some soreness; I took an over the counter pain pill and Ibuprofen. I highly recommend Dr. Moores and the staff. Dr. Royal was recommended by our dentist for multiple tooth extraction for our 9-year old daughter. He's great. His staff is great. Our daughter was nervous going in but doc and staff took care of her very well so pain was minimal and did it very courteously and professionally. We would recommend to anyone and everyone.
The way the office staff represents the charges is backwards. My husband received 2 statements on the day before procedure. One representing the prior visit and the estimated costs for the day. The prior visit had already been paid by the insurance company. I also knew that he had used the majority of his benefit which would mean he would owe more than represented on the bill. Boy did my questioning their billing practices infuriate the lady helping me.
Just had two teeth pulled yesterday by jack moores DDs I have a very deep root system that only one dentist ever was able to numb me properly until yesterday Ive went through about ten different dentist in my life and had so many teeth pulled in my life other dentist after I left it felt like someone took a hammer and smashed the side of my face for two days after leaving this dentist I took one pain pill because I didn't know how bad it would hurt after the drugs wore off the pain pill didn't agree with my stomach so I didn... read more
