I can’t say enough great things about this office. On two occasions, I needed to be seen urgently, and they went out of their way to expedite my appointment the same day. The doctor was incredibly attentive, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease during a stressful situation. Outstanding care from start to finish.
Was going here for 20 years without an issue. Then was suddenly they told I had an outstanding balance from 2 years ago, they lied about notifying me about it, and sent it to collections. Mind you, this was a trivial amount, not a large balance. Seriously, these guys are total scum.
I was a patient of Dr. Jancevski's for several years. The last time I had an eye exam, she was in a terrible hurry. My eye exam with the tech was over and she came in very briefly. As she got up to leave, I tried to ask her to wait because I had a big concern with my eyesight that I needed her to look into. I started trying to tell her that I have been seeing black spots in my vision, especially in low light. She cut me off, stated definitively that my eye exam was good and that she'll see me next year.
