My first time here as a visitor. One of my family members had a stroke, it's a scary moment that happened to our family. The nurses and doctors here are very friendly, thoughtful and caring. We were here for a week, my family member had to see the speech therapist, occupational therapist and physical therapist. It was a wake up call, but we had a great experience all the way to when my family member was discharged and wheelchair out. Great
Kaiser has really bad service. They told me a prescription was going to be ready after an hour. I show up two hours later and they say it’ll take another 20 minutes. So 40 minutes later, I question why they lie to people and whether they also are untruthful about medical advice. It’s time for a job with real insurance I think.
