Overall positive experience renting. Great and attentive on site property manager.
Occasional security issues which isn't out of the norm on the east side. Overall I had a good experience during the 2 years I rented here. The building is well managed and issues in my apartment were usually resolved quickly. Kathy was a really excellent property manager.
