I've been here 3yrs now, I never really had any real issues here, the building is mostly quiet, and it's well maintained, and when you address any issues to management they get right on it.
Overall positive experience renting. Great and attentive on site property manager.
Occasional security issues which isn't out of the norm on the east side. Overall I had a good experience during the 2 years I rented here. The building is well managed and issues in my apartment were usually resolved quickly. Kathy was a really excellent property manager.
