I need service for a new battery. Apparently, the battery in my Soul is unique so I can’t just get one anywhere. I called twice on Saturday, no one answered the phone. I managed to speak to someone today and it’s going to be almost two weeks before they can service my car. In the interim, I have a 2018 vehicle that is useless.
RecommendedJust bought a 2021 Kia Telluride Nightfall from Charles this past weekend. My wife and I didn’t have an appointment and made the 90min drive to Oakland because they are one of the few dealerships in Northern California with a decent amount of Telluride’s in stock. Review My experience at Oakland Kia could not have been worse. I ended up purchasing a car there and the salesmen drilled rogue holes in my bumper completely sideways when putting on the license plate. He didn’t follow the guide holes. This is my biggest complaint because he physically damaged my brand new car. If we put the plate on properly, one of his drill holes would’ve showed. Unfortunately I didn’t notice until it came home. Poor customer service. Didn't greet us when we arrived. Acted like they were being bothered. Lied and stated they did not have a car available to see then later it miraculously appeared. Made no effort to work with us. Wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Don't buy your next Mitsubishi here with plans of utilizing their service center. Any other bay area Mit. dealership will serve you much better. We live in San Francisco bought our 2nd (upgraded) Mit.Outlander SE here for a good price for an early returned leased vehicle with under 3500K miles. I am so pissed. This dealership straight up LIED to us and told us the battery was at 80% capacity with 80 mile range, and that only one bar had gone down from the battery health. In reality, the battery was at 60%, it was down 4 bars, and only had a FIFTY MILE RANGE FULLY CHARGED!!! The salesman lied to us!! And then when we told them about it, they accused us of being wrong. They said they would get the battery replaced, and told us to trust them when we asked for a full return agreement in writing(just in case). Her mom h... read more
