I've lived here since fall of 2022 and I love my neighbors, the quiet area where my home is, and I've had great experiences lately with the maintenance staff. Today Rene came by for the house checks, he was very thorough, and is always willing to help and follow up with any issues. I have enjoyed living here and am happy to call it home.

Don't live here if you want them to milk all your money from your security deposit AND your wallet after your lease ends. Don't risk having to take these scammers to court because they charge you $4000 for smoke damage when nobody in the household even smokes. I have been living in this community for about 8 months, and I have been very happy. The place is fairly quiet and my neighbors are very nice. They have a maintenance crew who checks plumbing, electrical, furnace filters, and drains every three months, and the employee assigned to my home, Rene, is extremely thorough and very pleasant and accomodating.
