I won't say who my therapist is here but she's easily the most skilled one I've ever had, and I have seen a lot. If you are in need of dialectical behavior therapy and are fine with telehealth, i'd highly suggest OEBPC. They also didn't have a wait list for their comprehensive DBT program- I was able to get started pretty much as soon as I inquired with them. Give them a shot!
