I booked out a new patient appointment in advance and was confirmed for my appointment today and I received a call this morning that my appointment was canceled due to a call out. When I asked if another hygienist could do my cleaning, I was told no. I purposely scheduled in advance as I have school beginning next week and I work full-time, leaving very little room for appointments.
