I had such an amazing experience here! The staff was so kind and the hygienist took such great care of me. I’m usually nervous about going to the dentist, but Dr. Sara took the time to explain everything which made me feel more comfortable.
I was visiting from out of the area and had a dental emergency - a dental implant that had come loose. Dr. Sara was able to fix the implant and was really great at diagnosing the problem explaining the plan of treatment and fixing the implant. The office staff were very friendly and helpful. And the fee was reasonable. It was an overall positive experience.
Love the work Dr. Kook does & the quality of the service. Very kind Dr. and staff. I have a pleasant time everytime I go.
They don’t tell me how much does it cost, so I think they charged me extra. I don’t recommend this dentist. They never tell me how much does it cost. Even though I ask about dental price, they never tell me! And my left of front tooth came off so many times! It’s came off again! Dr. Kook took off my crown and bridge after that bacteria got into my teeth. I had a pain. I don’t go there anymore!
If you are considering switching to Dr. Kook, here was my experience over the course of 1 year: My wife, daughter + I had to find a new dentist after our dentist of 15 yrs suddenly retired. We checked out the local options + arrived at Dr. Kook. At our initial visit, I wanted to stay in the room with my 10 yr. old daughter as she was scared.
