I hired Mike in '22 to fix a leak in my roof. He came out and did some patching. The leak returned the next season and I reached out for him to take a look. He was unresponsive for a while but after multiple voicemails and emails he agreed to come out. Then didn't show up when he said he would, then, after multiple unanswered voicemails finally came out again.
