I was fine with the hospital until we had to put patches the cat to sleep. The tech asked me if I wanted to have our poor cat cremated separately or with other pets in front of my teenaged daughter. Not cool when she was losing a companion she has known since she was four years old. Never going back there and not recommending the place.
