my mom had "new" tires put on her car on Friday. Bought another car on Saturday and gave me the one with the "new" tires that day. I drove it to work on Tuesday and totaled it cause the " new" left tire blew out and I actually flipped the car and only thing wrong with the car after wreck to cause it was the blew tire. Chris, Ken and the rest of the staff are excellent, and truly provided "above and beyond" customer service with recent issues with my truck. They are friendly and courteous, and I appreciate that! Highly recommend Oakies!
This place IS FILTH! Walk into the place and instantly can't breath with the 15 plus cats running around and the smell is God AWFUL! Literally POOP was in the floor in the corner behind some tires. If you are going to run a business with animals at least make it a priority to CLEAN AFTER THEM! The service was ok, not what you would expect and we will not be back.
They'll cross thread, break, or overtighten the lug nuts. Cheap prices, but you'll pay for it later. Very unhappy.
Been buying tires there for years..went today because I failed inspection because of blistering on my tires after only 1 year and 19000 miles and the tall guy I spoke with argued I haven't rotated my tires when I do so every other oil change...told them I'd not ever do buusiness with them again and his response was good...I need two sets of tires so their loss..that place is not what it used to be and don't even get me started on how it smells in there
I went here with my daughter today and loved it. They have rescue cats in there anyone who has a heart this big deserves to get everyone's business
I’ve been using Oakies since forever . I’ve seen employees come and go . Never had an issue with Chris, Ken, Mike or even Oakie himself when he was there . Employees come and go and the owners take their business serious so if you have an issue with the employees just let the owners know . It’s hard to find good help these days ( in the labor field ) . Some of the nicest around !
They have great tire service. When you purchase your tires with them,you get free tire rotation and balancing every 5,000 miles on the tires you purchased. Good Deal! 2017
