This place doesn't do anything but give you referrals and they take way too long to get to people. There's always a lot of people in there and it's always a long wait. I've waited for two hours on my last visit. I was very dissatisfied with their service. Staff is rude!! I just started going somewhere else way more reliable.
Sitting here in the Decatur Office. My daughter's APPOINTMENT at 10:20a. We are still here. I also brought my granddaughter who was a WALK IN, my granddaughter has been seen, got her prescriptions, n see he is now at daycare. the representatives who set the appointments are extremely lousy at what they do. there's only one lady I can say is about her business and willing to get the job done other than the manager Carol. Its like only 3 people work in the office and they pick and choose what cause they want answer. Horrible!
Everything was excellent through the whole visit the staff was very helpful and courteous! I'm definitely going to make this my home dentist/doctor!
I've been on hold for 45 minutes to get to the appointment line. After I left a message 3 times for a call back. Really in this modern day of email and Internet you would think .efficiency should be the key they built this place in the last 2 years. WTF is going on. I left messages for the last to weeks for a referral and they all haven't called me back about this. If it wasn't for the doctor who is great I would say frack this place. I would not recommend this facility ran by ..................
