These apartments are amazing! I have had nothing but a good experience with them. They are located in a very nice and peaceful neighborhood, are well maintained, clean, and overall very nice. The floor plans are nice and reasonably priced. We hardly ever have any maintenance issues, and when we do they are minor, but they are quickly resolved by maintenance workers. We've never had a bug problem, which is common in a lot of different apartment complexes from reading reviews, but we have never seen a roach in the two years we... read more
The staff is super helpful and treated me with a lot of respect and were very patient with all of my questions. Also a very good looking property.
Huge thank you to the maintenance team for truly going above and beyond to address every concern in my unit. Their responsiveness and attention to detail made a stressful situation feel completely manageable. The leasing staff has also been consistently helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. Overall, a great experience and a team that genuinely cares about residents
After spending over an hour to cleanup the mess that was left in my apartment I have to update my review to 1 star. I overlook a lot of things because for the most part I can remedy them myself or they're more of a nuisance than an actual problem, but with preparing for the ice storm this weekend I do not appreciate having an extra hour of work added to my already long to do list.
