Oakhaven Apartments are decent overall, and the manager, Christina, was truly incredible — professional, helpful, and made the experience much more pleasant. She went above and beyond, and we really appreciated her effort and kindness. That said, the pricing and amenities just didn’t quite align with what we were looking for. The property is okay, but for the cost, we expected a bit more in terms of features and value. Still, Christina’s excellent service definitely stood out and deserves to be recognized.
Cindy is the best. Please if you are looking for a place to live either short or long term it is worth it. It is quiet, plenty of space to walk your dog, friendly people that speak to you, and most of all a welcoming environment! I’ve been in Dallas many years now and to be able to witness Addison Kaboom Town without having to drive anywhere is another bang for your buck. Smack dab in the middle of restaurants and shops, this is a secret gem.
You won’t find a better maintained, managed or friendly apartment!!!
I love living here from Cindy, Christina and Arturo. They always on top of helping, understanding and making everything better. They communication, friendliness and respect is amazing. They always quick with solutions and communication. I also love they willing to make you feel comfortable and appreciated for living on this property. Thank you for everything you’ll do ☺️
