STAY AWAY!!!! ADAM IS A VERY RUDE PROPERTY MANAGER!!!!!!! I HAD CALLED THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE TO MAKE AN APT FOR A TOUR AND ADAM ANSWERED. I ASKED IF THIS WAS OAKES POND AND HE WOULDNT ANSWER ME BUT KEPT SAYING WHO IS THIS? I THOUGH IT HAD THE WRONG NUMBER. HE THEN CALLS BACK SAYING THAT HES THE PROPERTY MANAGER AND I HAD CALLED HIS CELL PHONE. I HAD NO IDEA IT WAS HIS CELL PHONE AS IT WAS LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE. Been living here for almost 3 years first 2 were wonderful but the last year has been bad!! We pay for luxury apartments now we’re getting robbed loud parties with guests in residents parking!! No security at all!!!!! Garbage stacked up after parties and now seeing rats!! Management doesn’t seem to care!!! Broken gym equipment that’s been sitting broken for over three months TVs don’t work the place is just starting to go downhill and for the price we’re paying it’s terrible and they have the nerve to raise our rent every ye... read more
I highly recommend living here! The location is great (many restaurants, gas station, and grocery stores nearby). The wonderful team (Adam, Jocelyn, and the maintenance guys) very professional and accommodating. The neighbors are all pleasant and it sure seems like everyone knows everybody!
It's a great place to live. I have met so many great people here and developed wonderful friendships.
Outstanding team at Oakes Pond. Adam and Jocelyn are accommodating, pleasant and professional. I did a lot of research before my move and this place clearly has the most to offer for your money. The neighbors are very pleasant. Overwhelmed by amount of closet and drawer space. Top notch experience. Highly recommend.
I LOVE my apartment at Oakes Pond! Jocelyne and Adam were (and continue to be) so helpful and made moving in stress free. Ed and John attended to my requests and keep the building VERY well maintained. They are great!! My apartment is spacious and I am enjoying living here. The pool and activities are so much fun. The staff and the people that l've met here, made me feel welcomed. I'm so happy I made the move to Oakes Pond!!
Should not take 10 days to fix an elevator in luxury apartments!���
