I am so glad i found Dr.Dawn Viramonte..she's God sent..I went for my first visit..and I found her to be just delightful..and very professional, she examined my eyes with several exams very precised..shebwas very attentive, explained her every move, thats what I like most of all..and the most important " HER PATIENCE"....SHE WILL B MY OPTOMETRIST TIL I LEAVE THIS EARTH..SO THANKFUL FOR HER AND ANGELICA HER ASSISTANT..BLESSINGS..
RUDE and didn't bother to ask my wife to adjust the glasses so they don't fall off. The woman told my wife she didn't have time. Update. I forgot this was the place my wife had a problem with so on December 5th of 2021 I went in to have a new pair of glasses and sunglasses made. I had gained some weight and my glasses were sliding down my nose, and I knew that my vision had changed. Two weeks later she told me my glasses were in but my sunglasses were not. For my first time I was greeted by a friendly and helpful lady at the desk. The doctor was very through and professional, I like her and then the lady that helped me choose the right frames and I'm the worst trying to figure what looks good and she spent a little extra time to make sure we got the right look. She and the entire staff were awesome and I will recommend them .
I’ve been a patient here since I was a child. I’m now in my thirties and drive well out of my way to see Dawn, who I believe to be an excellent optometrist.
